Grafitti Removal

The SCDA has released a new Graffiti grant. It is allocated on a first come first served basis.

Do you have graffiti on your building that needs removed? If so please complete this form and we will hire a company to remove it.

Fill out form here.

The City of St. Catharines also provides a graffiti removal Assistance Program. If our allocated funds are no longer available please apply for the City of St. Catharines program.

The City’s Graffiti Bylaw requires property owners to maintain their property free of graffiti. Properties not maintained free of graffiti will be served notice and are obligated to clean graffiti within 7 days of being served. The bylaw is not intended to be punitive to property owners victimized by graffiti but rather, it is intended to encourage prompt reporting and removal of graffiti.
