    Dog Run Pre-Game Street Parties

THANKS FOR A GREAT SEASON, NIAGARA ICEDOGS!

Dog Run Pre-Game Street Parties will take place on the dates that the Niagara IceDogs play at the Meridian Centre during the 2019 Playoff Season. Subsequent road closures will be announced as the season progresses. The Dog Run is presented by the City of St. Catharines.

Please be advised that St. Paul Street will be closed to all through traffic from Queen Street to James Street on Saturday April 13 from 4:30pm to 7:00pm. Dog Run festivities run from 5:30pm to 6:45pm.

The Dog Run pre-game street parties will be on St. Paul Street between Queen Street and the Rankin Bridge/Helliwell Lane. Dog Run activities will include minibox hockey games, music, inflatable bouncers, a photo booth and more. The festivities will attract thousands of IceDogs fans so we encourage our downtown businesses to take advantage of increased foot traffic during these street parties. Put out a sidewalk sign, put up balloons, open your doors and welcome the excited fans before the game.

Please join your fellow downtown businesses in celebrating the achievements of the IceDogs this season and help cheer them on in the playoffs. The St. Catharines Downtown Association office has Niagara IceDogs “Go Dogs Go” #BornReady signs for you to display in your store window. Please stop by our office (80 King Street, main floor) to pick up a sign.
