Some things to keep in mind while attending our Downtown Classic Car Show:
Visitors can park for free at City-owned garages and parking lots downtown. We recommend the Ontario Street parking garage or the Garden Park/Carlisle Street parking garage. For more information on parking, visit the City of St. Catharines’ website. Please be aware that street parking is not available on the streets closed for the car show, unless you are a classic car exhibitor.
Walk, don’t ride, bikes and skateboards through the car show.
Take care when getting close to the classic cars. Belts, buckles and purses can cause damage to the finish on these vintage vehicles.
Street closures for the car show: St. Paul Street from Ontario Street to James Street, then St. Paul Street from Carlisle Street to Court Street. Also, William Street (from St. Paul to the entry of the parking garage), Queen Street (from St. Paul to King) and James Street (from St. Paul to King) close at 7 am and reopen at 5 pm. The Downtown Classic Car Show is proudly presented by the St. Catharines Downtown Association (phone 905-685-8424, email firstname.lastname@example.org)

Info For Custom and Classic Car Exhibitors
The 15th Annual Downtown Classic Car Show will take place in Downtown St. Catharines on Saturday July 8, 2017.
No registration, admission or parking fees. No advance registration. Pre-1987 vehicles preferred. Special giveaways on arrival for the first 300 cars, including a chance to win a prize in our door prize raffle.
Please arrive between 7:00am and 9:00am for best parking placement within the show area. Please do not arrive earlier than 7:00am to park your custom or classic vehicle, or YOU WILL RISK HAVING YOUR VEHICLE TOWED. Our volunteers from the Niagara Corvette Club will assist exhibitors with parking and placement of their cars starting at 7:00am. There are two points of entry: St. Paul Street at Ontario Street / Westchester Cres., and St. Paul Street at Carlisle Street. We will have volunteers posted at each point of entry, handing out goodie bags to each exhibitor. You will NOT receive a goodie bag if you arrive earlier than 7:00am.
If you would like to park near or with your friends, please all arrive together as it is extremely difficult to save spots. Once parked, we encourage you to stay through the afternoon while the thousands of visitors enjoy strolling the downtown streets viewing the vintage and custom cars on display.
Bring your kids to the Downtown Classic Car Show and instill a love of cars in them at an early age. The Kids' Zone will be located on St. Paul Street near the corner of Bond Street. This interactive children’s area will feature our very popular Paint-A-Car activity where kids will be able to paint a vehicle (graciously donated by Millers Auto Recyling), as well as face painting & bouncy fun from Niagara Inflatables. Scouts Canada St. Catharines Area will be bringing their Kub Kars.
In addition to the hundreds of custom and classic cars on display, there is plenty of entertainment on the streets of Downtown St. Catharines. We are excited to have Alex Kazam (performance artist - magician, juggler) returning again this year to amaze and astound the thousands of visitors downtown. See Alex Kazam on St. Paul Street near James Street.
There will also be a variety of live music performances from Ryson's Music on St. Paul Street near Court Street. More live entertainment can be found at our entertainment pitches, including live music at 123 St. Paul Street and 301 St. Paul Street.
